a Downtown Los Angeles Wedding

Alexandra and Sharif are a creative and fun couple. They wanted a unique wedding location that would reflect their personalities. After looking at many Los Angeles wedding locations, we all agreed that Valentine was the perfect match. This downtown Los Angeles wedding venue has a storied past and has been lovingly restored as a wonderful DTLA wedding location. Alex and Sharif’s destination wedding was everything they wished for. Their wedding day was whimsical, colorful, artsy and eclectic.
Surrounded by living foliage and sunlight, their wedding ceremony had the feel of a chic California greenhouse. Their nuptials were both modern and traditional and reflected their individual personalities. Cocktails were in an adjacent space filled with a mix of quirky furniture and accessories, both old and new. Long dining tables were filled with platters of extraordinary food, colorful wedding flowers and tabletop pieces from the bride’s personal collection. The two gorgeous wedding cakes created by famed cake artist Alana Jones-Mann were a focal point amongst the lounge furniture, custom draping and stunning lighting design at the wedding reception. Guests enjoyed a fun photo booth experience, as well as cigars being rolled on site. Every wedding we plan is unique and reflects the couple’s tastes and personalities and we were quite delighted to plan this wonderful destination wedding.
